From the Stone villages of the Zagori national park to the Cradle of civilisation at the Acropolis Greece is steeped in milenia of history and culture shaping the routes across the landscape and the ingredients in the Tserepa

Starting in the Zagori national park, Home to 46 mountain villages with stone built hoses intertwined with ancient arched bridges and the Guinness record holding Vikos gorge.

We will wind our way towards the centre of Greece and the meteoric Meteora monasteries, the sanctuaries in the sky for the orthodox monks that still work these wonders of 14th century engineering. This is just the first UNESCO world heritage site on the list.

Our mountainous meander will conclude in the almost Incan ancient centre of the world. Where pilgrims would take Oracle from the high priestess. Truly one of the most important historical sites in the world, Another world heritage site.

Onward toward the sprawling modern metropolis that is Athens. The birthplace of democracy heralds our night stop. We are in good company in the philosophers hub, home to socrates and Aristotle. Our digs are the jewel in the Grecotel crown, The 1920s mansion in the cultural centre of the city has just had a 7 year restoration and is a cosmopolitan masterpiece. The cars will spend the night in a secure underground carpark.

we will round the Saronic gulf where once the Athenian fleet successfully defeated the outnumbering Persian navy. we will pass over the Corinth Canal and follow the gulf south where we will board a private ferry to Sepetses a Vehicle free island where we have special permission to park our cars outside the Poseidon grand hotel for the night.
